Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Award Travel Ai ("we," "us") handles information through awardtravelai.com and its account, points and travel-planning features. We do not sell personal information or analytics data.

Information we collect

• Account and support information: details you provide to register, manage your profile, contact us or submit a message, such as your name, email and account information.
• Points and travel information: balances by loyalty program; selected card types and membership status; travel goals, destinations, airports, dates, traveler counts, cabin preferences, saved searches and trips; and questions and AI replies.
• Connected-service information: Seats.aero authorization tokens and connection metadata used to access its search service through your connected account.
• Technical and transaction information: session cookies, browser storage and information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site, which can include IP addresses, device/browser details and request logs. Where you use paid features, billing and transaction information is used to administer the purchase. Payment services and their terms are identified in the applicable payment flow.

Card type and status selections are not payment-card numbers. Do not put passwords, payment-card numbers, passport numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in travel questions.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, retain your wallet and travel plans, calculate estimates, search award data, personalize AI guidance, respond to support requests, administer paid access where applicable, and protect and maintain the service. Information you enter may be inaccurate or out of date; you can update it through the relevant account tools.

Service providers and disclosures

Seats.aero provides award-search data. Searches use your connected account, authorization credentials, travel parameters and applicable data allowance. Its terms and privacy practices also apply.

OpenAI processes inputs for AI features. Trip Assistant sends your question, saved balances by program and travel-plan context, including the selected plan, to personalize its answer. Other features may send travel goals, shortlisted flights, transfer estimates, selected trips and conversation context. The site instructs the assistant not to put balances or personal identifiers into web-search queries, but AI behavior is not guaranteed. The current Trip Assistant requests that responses not be stored as retrievable API objects; this does not mean that the provider has no operational or security retention. Provider terms and data controls apply. Questions and replies can remain in your site chat history.

Stripe processes subscription payments through Stripe Checkout and provides the billing portal. We send account contact details and identifiers needed to manage your subscription, and receive payment status, billing periods and transaction identifiers. Payment-card details entered in Stripe Checkout are submitted directly to Stripe. Stripe's privacy practices also apply.

UserWay supplies the accessibility widget. Loading or using the widget connects your browser to UserWay services, which may process technical information and accessibility preferences under their own privacy practices.

Hosting, infrastructure and payment service providers may process the information needed to deliver their services. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or legal claims. These operational disclosures are different from selling data.

External booking, seat-photo and seat-map links lead to independent websites, including airline/program sites, Google image search and AeroLOPA. External providers and embedded technical resources can receive technical information when your browser contacts them. They may apply their own cookies or tracking practices, including across other services. Review their privacy policies; this policy does not govern their independent activities.

Cookies, browser storage and tracking choices

Session cookies support sign-in and account functionality. Browser storage retains planner entries, results and display choices between visits. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser, but doing so may sign you out or remove locally saved information. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side account records or provider copies.

The site does not currently change its operation in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. We do not sell personal information or analytics data regardless of that setting. You may contact us about privacy preferences or applicable opt-out rights.

Retention, access and deletion requests

Saved account information, balances, trips and chat records support continued use of the service. Locally stored planner results can remain until replaced by a new search or cleared from your browser. We retain service records as needed for the purposes described here and for applicable legal, security, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations; retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. Deleting visible data may not immediately remove backup, security or legally required records.

You can update balances in Calculator, change dashboard goals, clear available chat history and disconnect Seats.aero using the account controls. To request access, correction, deletion or account closure, email info@AwardTravelAi.com or write to the address above. Identify the account and request, but do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to the business, additional rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, limits on certain uses or disclosures, and applicable sale/sharing opt-outs. We will handle requests under applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right. This notice does not claim that every privacy statute applies to every user or to this business.

Security, location and children

No website or transmission method is completely secure. The operator is based in California, and service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. This service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes to this policy

We will post revisions here and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the site or account contact information where appropriate or required by law, and obtain consent when required. Contact us with questions about these practices.

Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Award Travel Ai's informational points and travel-planning tools. The service operator and contact details appear above. Read these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Travel & AI Disclosures. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Using the service

Use only accounts, balances and connections you are authorized to access. Keep your information current and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not bypass access controls, misuse authorization tokens, interfere with the site, infringe others' rights or violate applicable law or provider restrictions. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Planning tools and third-party requirements

The service helps compare possibilities; it does not issue tickets, reserve seats or rooms, or execute points transfers. Third-party accounts, subscriptions, data allowances and eligibility requirements may apply. You are responsible for complying with airline, hotel, credit-card, loyalty-program and data-provider terms. We do not control their inventory, pricing, decisions or service availability.

Points estimates and AI guidance

Results and recommendations depend on information you enter, configured rules and available provider data. They may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Different results may reuse the same points. Verify all material details before relying on an estimate, booking or transferring points. AI guidance is informational and is not individualized legal, tax or financial advice.

Paid access

Award Travel AI membership is available for US$5 per month or US$48 per year. The annual plan is billed as one US$48 payment, equivalent to US$4 per month, saving US$12 (20%) compared with twelve monthly payments. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled. Review and accept the recurring-payment terms before continuing to Stripe Checkout. Manage billing or cancel renewal from Profile & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Existing paid memberships are not automatically switched to a new plan.

Where paid access is offered, review the price, billing frequency and any renewal, cancellation or refund terms presented in the applicable purchase flow before purchasing. Separate provider subscriptions may be required. These terms do not create an undisclosed automatic-renewal obligation or eliminate refund or cancellation rights provided by law. Content, availability and responsibility

Use of the site does not grant ownership of its content, software or branding. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. Services may be interrupted or changed, and we may restrict access to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, planning tools are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, complete data or a particular redemption outcome. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date, with additional notice or consent where required. California and applicable United States law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact the operator above to raise a concern or request assistance.

Travel & AI Disclosures

Cached results are not reservations. Returned data can be limited, incomplete or stale. Confirm exact dates, flights, cabins and enough seats for all travelers directly with the airline or program.

Verify before transferring. Check total miles, taxes, fees, cancellation rules, transfer ratios, minimums, increments, limits, promotions and card/status eligibility. Transfers may be irreversible. A combined wallet count is not cash value or one freely transferable balance; each displayed alternative may use the same points.

Sources help but do not guarantee accuracy. AI can make mistakes even with web research and citations. A source-check date records when research occurred, not a guarantee of continuing accuracy. Saved replies and snapshots are not automatically refreshed.

Reference imagery may differ. Seat photos and maps may show a different aircraft or configuration and do not establish live seat availability.

Independent service. Provider names and logos identify their respective owners and do not imply that an airline, hotel, card issuer or loyalty program sponsors or endorses Award Travel Ai. Seats.aero data and external services are subject to their own terms and coverage.

Accessibility assistance

We are working to improve access to Award Travel Ai, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our technical target. Accessibility review and improvements are ongoing; we do not claim that every page or third-party service fully conforms.
